Cancellation & Refund Policy
Every Nevorika gift is personalised and made only for you, so we follow this policy.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of payment. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- After 6 hours the order cannot be cancelled, because design and production have started.
Refund on cancellation
If you cancel within 6 hours, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method (UPI, card, bank) within 5–7 working days.
No refunds or exchanges otherwise
Because products are personalised, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, a different taste in design, or a wrong detail that was in the design you approved.
Free replacement for our mistakes
We replace the product free of cost if the issue is from our side:
- the product arrives broken or cracked,
- it has a manufacturing defect, or
- it is different from the design you approved (wrong product or wrong print).
To ask for a replacement, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos and an unboxing video. Once we confirm the issue, we remake and ship the replacement free.
