Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Where we deliver: all over India (PAN India).
• Shipping charge: free on every order.
• Production time: about 1 day after you approve your design.
• Delivery time: 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Cash on delivery: not available. All orders are prepaid.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we send you the courier name and tracking link on WhatsApp.

Delays

Delivery can be delayed by festivals, weather, strikes or courier issues outside our control. We will keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Address and delivery

Please give a complete address with pin code and a reachable mobile number. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or no one was available, re-shipping may be charged.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel looks damaged, please record an unboxing video and message us within 48 hours — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
