How do I order?
Choose a design, fill in the names or text, pay online and send your photo(s). We then share the design with you on WhatsApp for approval.
Will I see the design before you make it?
Yes. Production starts only after you approve the design.
How long does delivery take?
About 1 day to make after approval, then 5–7 working days for delivery depending on your pin code.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free all over India.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 6 hours of payment, with a full refund in 5–7 working days. After that the order cannot be cancelled.
What if my product arrives broken?
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We send a free replacement.
